Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP)

IBCCP provides qualifying women with free breast and cervical cancer screenings. Services include (but are not limited to) a mammogram, clinical breast exam, pap test, pelvic exam and diagnostic services as needed.

Who is eligible? Women who:

  • Reside in Marshall, Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties
  • ages 35-64 (younger symptomatic women may qualify if they have abnormal breast or cervical concern)
  • uninsured or underinsured

Illinois WISEWOMAN Program (IWP)

IWP offers cardiovascular health screenings to eligible women. Screenings include blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes. Also, IWP provides access to health coaching (related to nutrition, physical activity, stress, chronic disease management and comprehensive women’s health) and access to lifestyle programs.

Who is eligible? Women who:

  • Currently enrolled in or eligible for the IBCCP program
  • Reside in Marshall, Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties
  • Ages 40-64
  • Uninsured or underinsured
  • Living at or below 250% of federal poverty level
