Perinatal Followup
- All infants admitted to OSF High-Risk Nursery receive home visits at
1-2 weeks after leaving the hospital, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months,
and 2 years. - Growth and development is monitored at each visit.
- Appropriate referrals are made when physical or developmental
problems are identified.
