000301d1-6_Breast Cancer Campaign FLYER

TCHD and UnityPoint Health will provide free mammograms on October 18, 2019 from 9am to 4pm in all four UnityPoint Health – Imaging Center locations. 

Uninsured women who live in Marshall, Peoria, Tazewell or Woodford county and are between the ages of 40-64 are encouraged to visit one of the four imaging centers for their free walk-in mammogram.
