Tazewell Public Health Foundation is a tax-deductible organization that was founded to benefit the public health of Tazewell County residents. Board members have held fundraising events to raise awareness of the Foundation and public health programming.

Tazewell Public Health Foundation will provide grant funding to a requesting agency to serve Tazewell County residents and address one of the Tazewell County 4 Health Priorities:
Cancer (breast, colorectal, lung) – tobacco cessation, radon kits, etc.
Healthy Eating, Active Living – fresh produce tasting, walking clubs, etc.
Mental Health – bullying, social/emotional learning, etc.
Substance Use – prevention, decision making, etc.
