The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a proven program that can help you make modest lifestyle changes and cut your risk of developing type 2 diabetes by more than half. The National Diabetes Prevention Program is a CDC-approved curriculum highlighted in this short video. 

Participants learn skills to lose weight, be more physically active, and manage stress. This program Is a one-year long commitment.  Lasting changes take time and need as much support as possible.
